Elkészítés:


Futassuk meg a vajban az összezúzott borókát, majd pirítsuk benne a hússzeleteket, oldalanként 4-5 percig. Sózzuk, borsozzuk, és öntsük rá a bort. Amikor a bor elpárolgott, és a hús is puha, vegyük ki, és hagyjuk hûlni. A hús levéhez keverjük hozzá a dzsemet meg a tejszínt, és fõzzük sûrûre. Tálaláskor tegyünk a kenyerekre 2-2 szelet húst, öntsük rá a szószt, és tegyünk mellé ribizlit.

- 80 dkg õzhús
- 2 dl tejszín
- 10 dkg áfonyadzsem
- 4 fürt ribizli
- 4 szelet kenyér
- fél dl portói bor
- 4 dkg vaj
- 4 szem borókabogyó
- õrölt bors
- só
